Methods
As Elliott LaPoint first started making cartoons for the Fun Fact Adventures series, he was able to create three main methods that would be used to help with studying and learning information. These three methods are called the Cartoon Method, Konburu Review, and the Detention Method.

Cartoon Method
When using the cartoon method, one draws a cartoon comic or character that would represent specific information he/she is trying to understand. For instance, if one were to create a cartoon to represent the meaning of a vocabulary word, one would plan out and draw a situation or story that would illustrate the meaning of the word. Examples of such cartoons can be found within the "comics" page of this website. This method forces one to become more involved and focused on the information as he/she is trying to make a cartoon. It drives one to put more effort into understanding and remembering the information. Out of the three methods, this method is considered to be the most effective.

Konburu Review
The Konburu Review method features Konburu announcing and giving out lectures that really copies of presentations one received during classes. This method is mainly used to help one study and memorize information from PowerPoint presentations from class. After announcing the title of the presentation, one would rewrite all the information shown in the original presentation on to multiple sheets of paper to help remember the information from them for tests. This method can also be used to review notes from either textbooks or from notes taken during class. Below this description shows links to three templates that are a part of this method. On the first page of the first template,"Konburu Review," one writes the title of the presentation, or subject of what he/she wants to write. After that, there are three pages showing two blank computer screens each for one to write down the information from the presentation he/she is copying. If one needs more slides, he/she can reprint the blank template pages or draw their own slides to complete the method. The same instructions apply to the two other kinds of templates of this methods in comic form. However, in both the comic strip (Konburu Comic Strip) and comic page (Konburu Comic Page) version, the final panel is blank, which is where the user comes up with a way to sum up Konburu's lecture.
Detention Method
The Detention Method works on the idea that writing down the same information several times helps retain and remember that information as they prepare for tests. In this method, Trina the Skunk is shown repeatedly writing on the chalkboard until it's completely covered, as part of her punishment from Mr. Chopstick in detention, hence the name. This method is normally used to help memorize the definition of a vocabulary word or answer to a question. When using this method, one would write down a vocabulary word or question at the top of a sheet of paper, and then write down the definition or answer repeatedly until one reaches the bottom of the paper. This is considered to be the quickest and easiest method out of the three. Shown below are three links to three different templates made showing Trina in detention. One shows Trina writing on a chalkboard, and another shows her writing on a whiteboard. The third and final link shows a vertical comic strip version of the detention method that shows a whiteboard separated into 4 panels.
